The staff were enthusiastic and the room was elegant and exquisite. I loved the room, the bed was good. Perfect location, walking distance to all attractions. What's more, it was next to airport, Cancun and the main highway to the airport. Breakfast was nice hot and inclusive; reasonably priced. Had complimentary drinks in the swim-up bar in the evening.

Special, reasonably spacious hotel with CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff and perfect breakfasts. I liked the soft bed in my standard double room.

Well, Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Attentive personnel, neat rooms, excellent location. Stunningly beautiful view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. There was lots of food, in general it was amazing! The beach was clean. Also, it was 4 miles from Endless Travelers.

Caring staff, hip new hotel, convenient room. Loved the relaxing area near the airport, the beach and Cancun. The rooms with a bath and king sized bed, for example:)))

Spotless place, great value for money. Panoramic and original room in an enjoyable location. Incredible beds, complimentary WiFi and microwave in the room. An a la carte restaurant was lovely. Excellent service too.

It was a very very good experience overall. A wonderful beach, spectacular view.
